This Linear Rail kit will includes:
+ X , Y and Z Axis linear rails
+ 850mm long MGN15 rails used for the Y axis, able to carry a heavier loads, the longwer rails gives you a wider spacing for the linear rail block making the print bed more stable.
+ 650mm MGN12 rails used for the Z and X axis's
+ 6mm thick Aluminium 5084 series from Ullrich
+ Machined cut on 3 axis mill table for extra presision. Done by ANYSIGN of Canberra
+ Brass T8 nut Carrier blocks, eliminating the slop in the mounting of the X-frame and making it ridged
+ Brass T8 nuts (not copper) with 2 spares
+ Comes fully assembeled in box ready to fit.
+ Leveling legs to get a true level frame, uses the factory rubber damping feet.
+ Limiter Switch encapulations to stop any movement in the switch, ABS Flame Retardent filament used, able to handle temperatures up to 85c
+ Knurled screw for fine Z tune adjustment, with spring.
+ Designed for a BONDTECH DDX or for a Factory Direct Drive Extruder setup. So any hotend that fits a CR10s5 will fit.
+ Two height mounting options on the carrier block for the Hotend, using the factory mounting points , also 2 extra mounting points
+ Genuine GATES PowerGrip LL-2GT RF belts used, 6mm wide for X-axis and 10mm wide for Y-axis
+ XT-CF20 Carbon fiber filament used for strenght and lightness, able to handle temperatures up to 85c
+ NSK PS2 grease used to pre-grease the system, as it's speacialy made for miniture linear rails , ballscrews and leadscrews
